Finding the right clients in an overcrowded market.

H5 Digital builds custom websites and software for larger companies. No templates, no standard solutions. Custom work for serious budgets.

The problem with high-end services: you need clients who can afford them. At least EUR1 million in revenue, otherwise the budget conversation gets awkward fast. At the same time, the market is overcrowded. Every web agency is on LinkedIn with the same promises and the same messages.

The approach: volume and focus on the UAE

We used three LinkedIn accounts to create enough volume. The focus was on real estate companies in the Netherlands and the United Arab Emirates. That sector has the money, and many of those companies are still digitally behind.

Instead of a cold pitch, we opened with something relevant: 'Your site is ten years old. Is that a deliberate choice?' That one sentence opens doors where standard outreach gets ignored.

Volume with quality

Using three accounts, we built 943 connections in one month. That led to 284 conversations with decision-makers. 26 of those had interest in a new website or custom software.

After qualification, 11 remained that also had the budget and authority. For H5, a single client can already mean tens of thousands of euros in work. In an overcrowded market, we found the companies that are willing to pay for quality.

The result: 11 meetings with decision-makers

11 meetings sounds less spectacular than 34. But for high-end agencies, it's not about volume, it's about quality. Every conversation was a serious opportunity for a substantial assignment.

For H5 Digital, that meant a stable pipeline in a market where everyone is fighting over the same clients.
